What should I do to register?

Please note that you will need to upload your copy of the passport or business license after your first purchase.
Will my information be kept private?
Yes, your information will be kept safe on our SSL secured server.
What kind of Identification you require and how can I send it?
You do not need to send us your identification information during the registration process; however, after you made your first purchase,
you will have to send us a copy of your passport or any major identification document.

How much do I pay for registration?
Registration is free for a limited time only.
What benefits do I get by registering?
You get access to over 150,000 Salvage and Clean Title cars at wholesale prices. BidGoLive.com
will provide you with auction buying, consulting, documentation handling, inland transportation and worldwide transportation.
I live in North America, can I still register?
Yes, you can register from anywhere in the world, as well as purchase vehicles. However all purchased vehicles must be sold for export outside of USA and Canada.
What are the methods of payment?
Deposits can be sent by Skrill (Moneybookers) using any major credit card. Bank wire transfers are also accepted for deposits. Full payments for successful purchases must be sent by bank wire transfer.
How do I make bank wire transfer and what are your company's bank wire instructions?
You simply print out our bank wire instructions form together with the invoice for the car. Then you go to your bank and give them our bank wire instructions.
Please do not forget to send us an email confirming that you did send a wire to us.
Why do I have to pay the deposit first?
Deposit helps us determine if your intentions to purchase a vehicle are honest.
What is a minimum required deposit?
Minimum deposit is $1000.
How do I know how much to deposit?
Deposit of 10% from the purchase price is required. For example if you wish to place a bid or submit a “Buy Now” offer for $10,000 you will need to have $1000 deposit on your account. Minimum deposit is 1000$.
Will you refund my deposit upon my request?
All bank wire transfers will be refunded upon your written request. Transfer time for the bank wire transfer is 5-7 business days. Please note we will deduct a bank wire fees of $50 per refund if made by bank wire transfer.
All credit card transactions will be refunded within 5 business days upon written request of the customer.
All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.8% processing fee.
Why do you charge BidGoLive fee?
For each successful purchased car we apply $295 fee for the cars over $3000 and $195 fee for the cars under $3000. We also charge documentation fee of $70.
In addition, there is an auction fee that will be applied on each vehicle. Please refer to the auction fees page.
Why do I have to pay $295 / $195 fee and $70 documentation fee?
$295 / $195 fee is the only fee our company charges for brokering your purchase. Our service includes: purchasing a vehicle for you, shipping assistance to the port in your country (shipping charges apply),
and handling all documentation involved in exporting process from USA and Canada. $70 documentation fee is charged for the postage service.
All original ownership and shipping documents will be mailed to the USA / Canada Customs, and then will be mailed to you by courier express post. (FedEx, DHL, TNT)
How much time do I have in order to send the money over to you after the purchase?
You have 3 days to pay for the purchased car.
To avoid any kind of late fees and penalties you have to send your money the same or the next day you made a successful purchase.
What are the penalties if you do not receive my money on time?
You have 3 days to pay for the car, if we do not receive the payment from you on the 3d day after the purchase, we will charge you $50 or 0.125% per day as a late fee and you will be asked
to send a copy of confirmation of your payment along with the contact information of a sending bank. If we do not receive a payment or a copy of confirmation from you in 7 calendar days,
we will relist or relieve the vehicle and you will be charged minimum of $1000 or 10% from the price of the car as a relist fee plus all the charges that we encountered with the resale of the vehicle.
Do you offer financing?
We offer financing to the following ports: Kotka Finland, Bremerhaven Germany and Klaipeda Lithuania. You must be approved for financing before bidding. Please contact us for further information on financing.
How would I know if you received my payment?
You will receive an automated email message. You can also check the status of your payment in “Finances” section of your profile.
How and where do you place my bid?
After you submit your proxy bid through the website, we will submit your bid on the Live auction, please note that you can also participate yourself in our live online BidGoLive auction and place your bids in realtime yourself.
If I am the highest proxy bidder at the indicated pre bidding end time, does that mean that I won the vehicle?
No, this means that you are the highest proxy bidder and your bid will be considered during Live Sale, however if somebody will bid more than you during Live sale, your proxy bid will not be the winning bid.
If I am a highest bidder during Live Sale, does that mean that I won a car?
In about 80% cases yes, it will mean that you won a car, however please note that many vehicles that are being sold through the Live Sale have a minimum reserved price set by the seller
and if the bidding will not reach this reserved price, seller has a right not to sell a car.
What does “Buy Now” mean?
“Buy Now” cars are offered for sale with a fixed price and can be purchased right away.
Can I offer lower price than “Buy Now” price?
The "Buy Now" price is typically non-negotiable. However, sometimes you can get a 3% - 5% decrease in the price.
Please contact us in regards to this and our team of experts will do everything possible to negotiate the best price for you.
Do I still have to pay an auction fee if it is a “Buy Now” vehicle?
Yes. You would have to pay the auction fee for the “Buy Now” vehicle; however those fees tend to be much lower than for the live sale vehicles.
How would I know what is going to be an auction fee?
Auction fees vary by the auction and the selling price. Auction fees typically range from $200-$600 USD.

Can I negotiate auction fee?
No, you can not negotiate the auction fees in any case.
Can I cancel my bid or “Buy Now”?
Please note that you can NOT cancel your bid once it was received, however in some cases if you submit your bid and auction does not start yet, you can still call our sales department and see if you can cancel the bid,
if auction does not start yet, then your bid will be canceled. You can not cancel your “Buy Now” in any case.
What is the average price for a vehicle?
The average price for the vehicle is “an average price” of past auction sales of similar vehicles. This price gives you the idea on how much the car can sell for.
How can I find out the shipping price for the car?
You can use our shipping calculator to get the idea how much the shipping is going to cost. However, the shipping calculator will only give you a rough estimate, because shipping price depends on the size and weight of the vehicle.

Is the shipping calculator accurate?
No. The shipping calculator only provides an estimate. Please contact us at email@example.com to get the exact quote.
Can I use my own transportation company?
We suggest to check with our shipping rates first, because many cars have to be consolidated in a container in order to get cheaper rates, and our shipping company can provide consolidation services to many destination points in the world.
However, you are free to use your own transportation company, but you will need to send us a copy of the Bill of Lading after the vehicle shipped from USA / Canada.
Is my vehicle safe while being transported between the states?
Your car is fully insured while being transported between the states; however, if you would like your car to be insured while being transported from USA port to port in your country,
you will have to pay 1.5% from the price of the car for the insurance.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
We will be notifying you on your status through emails and you can also check the status of your car through your PROFILE page.
How will my cars be shipped?
Your cars will be shipped by “RORO” or “Container” shipping.
What is “RORO” shipping?
“RORO” means that your car will be driven inside the ship. This method of shipment is available to various destinations and does not involve consolidation.

What is “Container” shipping?
“Container” shipping is the most popular way to ship a car. Basically, your car will be loaded inside 20 feet or 40 feet container, and the container will be sealed.
How many cars can be shipped in a 40 feet container?
Usually 40 feet container fits 3 mid size cars or SUVs, or 4 small cars, such as Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla.
What is consolidation?
Consolidation is when you only have one car to ship but you do not want to pay for the whole 40 feet container.
Our shipping company will consolidate your car to several of popular destinations.
For example, if your car is consolidated with 2 other cars in a 40 feet container, you are ending up paying only 1/3 from the price of 40 feet container.
If there is no consolidation to your port, we can ship a car in 20” dedicated container.
Which port is better for consolidation?
The most popular port is New Jersey. However, always check with our shipping department about consolidation to the given country at the time of purchase.

Most likely your registration is not approved yet, please contact us to find out more on the status of your registration.
I emailed and got no answer, what should I do?
Probably your email went to spam, please try to resend your email, or simply contact our customer service department, and somebody will be happy to assist you.
How often is the inventory on the site being updated?
Inventory is constantly being updated.
Can I buy new cars from you?
Yes. We can offer you a variety of new cars as well as factory orders. Please contact us for more information.
What is a salvage vehicle?
Salvage vehicle is the vehicle with previous damage that was previously involved in collision, flood and water damage, theft, vandalism, fire, natural disaster etc. Ownership type is: Salvage Title, Salvage Certificate, Certificate of Destruction etc.
What is a clean car?
Clean title car is the car that was not involved in any major accidents and has a clean title history. Ownership type is Clean Title.
Where do you get the vehicles you sell on www.BidGoLive.com ?
Our inventory comes from Insurance Auto Auction.
Can I get more information and pictures of a certain vehicle?
Please contact us. We will do our best to try and provide you with pictures and additional information.
Can I pay in different currency aside from US Dollars?
We only accept US Dollars.
